At PrincesPenny, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to shop with confidence. All products purchased from our store come with a one (1) year limited warranty from the date of delivery.

1. What the Warranty Covers

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. Examples of coverage include:

  • Broken or defective stitching

  • Hardware defects (zippers, clips, buckles, etc.)

  • Structural damage not caused by misuse

  • Manufacturing defects discovered after reasonable use

2. What the Warranty Does Not Cover

The warranty does not cover issues that arise from:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Accidental damage, misuse, or neglect

  • Alterations or modifications made by the customer

  • Damage caused by pets (e.g., chewing, scratching, biting)

  • Improper cleaning, storage, or handling

  • Lost or stolen items

3. Warranty Period

  • Coverage lasts for one (1) year from the date your order is delivered.

  • Claims must be submitted within the warranty period.

4. Remedy

If your product is found to have a defect covered by this warranty, PrincesPenny will, at our discretion:

  • Repair the product, or

  • Replace the product with the same or an equivalent model, or

  • Refund the purchase price if repair or replacement is not possible.

5. How to File a Warranty Claim

To submit a claim, please contact us at Contact@princespenny.com with the following details:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photos or videos showing the defect

Our support team will review your claim and provide instructions on the next steps.

6. Shipping for Warranty Claims

  • In most cases, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping when sending a product back for warranty evaluation.

  • If your claim is approved, we will cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replacement product back to you.

7. Limitations

  • This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have additional rights that vary depending on your jurisdiction.

  • The remedies provided under this warranty are exclusive and replace all other warranties, whether express or implied.

  • PrincesPenny’s liability is limited to the value of the original purchase.
