This Billing Terms & Conditions page explains how payments are processed when you shop with PrincesPenny. By making a purchase, you agree to these terms in addition to our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy.


1. Accepted Payment Methods

We currently accept the following secure payment methods:

  • Credit & Debit Cards (processed via Stripe)

  • PayPal

  • Prepaid cards or gift cards supported by Stripe or PayPal

All transactions are processed securely. PrincesPenny does not store or have access to your complete credit card or banking information.


2. Currency & Pricing

  • All prices on our website are listed in USD unless otherwise indicated.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice but will not affect confirmed orders.

  • Any applicable sales tax, VAT, customs, or import duties are calculated at checkout or upon delivery, depending on your location.


3. Order Confirmation & Billing

  • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment authorization.

  • You will receive an email confirmation with your order details and payment receipt.

  • If your payment cannot be processed, your order will not be accepted, and you will be notified.


4. Payment Security

  • Stripe and PayPal encrypt sensitive payment data using industry-standard SSL encryption and other safeguards.

  • PrincesPenny does not store payment card details. Your full financial information is processed securely by Stripe or PayPal.


5. Subscription / Recurring Payments 

At this time, PrincesPenny does not offer recurring billing or subscription plans. If this changes in the future, customers will be clearly notified, and separate consent will be required.


6. Failed Payments & Chargebacks

  • If a payment fails, the order will not be fulfilled until a valid payment is completed.

  • Any chargeback or dispute filed with your bank or PayPal must be communicated to us first at Contact@princespenny.com so we can resolve the issue quickly.


7. Refunds & Returns

All refunds are processed in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method (Stripe or PayPal) used at checkout.

  • Processing times: Stripe refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement; PayPal refunds are usually immediate but may take up to 5 business days depending on PayPal’s processing.


8. Billing Errors

If you believe you have been billed incorrectly, please contact us immediately at Contact@princespenny.com with your order number and payment details. We will investigate and correct any errors promptly.
